These Terms govern your use of The Way In website and pilot monitoring service. By submitting or managing a watch, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Notice.

What the service does

The Way In researches and monitors publicly available and independently obtained information about experiences, including prices, availability, registration, deadlines, requirements, travel opportunities, contests, and other legitimate routes. During the pilot, the service may be changed, limited, paused, or discontinued.

No guarantee and no transaction service

The Way In does not guarantee that any ticket, admission, reservation, registration, price, flight, contest entry, or other opportunity will become available or meet your preferences. We do not sell tickets, make reservations, book travel, act as your agent, or control third-party inventory, eligibility decisions, websites, policies, or prices. You are responsible for independently verifying a source and its terms before acting or paying.

Accuracy and timing

We work to distinguish verified changes from rumors, stale pages, and unverified listings. Information can still be incomplete, delayed, changed, or incorrect. Dates, prices, fees, availability, requirements, and deadlines can change without notice. Alerts may be delayed or not delivered because of technical, source, email, carrier, or other issues.

Independent service and third-party names

The Way In is independent and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or authorized by the events, teams, leagues, performers, venues, studios, travel providers, ticket sellers, or other organizations referenced in examples or watches. Their names, marks, and content belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify and discuss relevant experiences and sources.

Your responsibilities

You must provide accurate contact and watch information, protect your management PIN, and use the service only for lawful personal purposes. You may not submit violent, illegal, fraudulent, abusive, harassing, exploitative, or impossible requests; interfere with the site; attempt unauthorized access; scrape or copy the service at scale; impersonate another person; or misuse third-party names or information.

Age

The service is intended for people age 18 or older. Do not submit information about a child or allow a child to create a watch.

Communications

By creating a watch, you request service-related email messages. Text alerts are optional and require separate consent. You can change preferences through Manage My Watches. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to a text to opt out or HELP for help.

Intellectual property and feedback

The Way In name, site design, original writing, organization, and monitoring presentation are owned by The Way In or used with permission. You retain ownership of the information you submit and allow us to use it only as reasonably necessary to operate, improve, and protect the service. If you voluntarily provide feedback, we may use it without payment or obligation.

Disclaimer and limitation

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE PILOT IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF AVAILABILITY, ACCURACY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE WAY IN IS NOT LIABLE FOR THIRD-PARTY ACTIONS, MISSED OPPORTUNITIES, PURCHASES, TRAVEL, LOST PROFITS, OR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LEGALLY BE EXCLUDED.

Suspension and changes

We may reject, pause, close, or remove a watch or restrict use when needed to protect users, third parties, the service, or the law. We may update these Terms. Material changes will be identified by a new effective date.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before filing a claim, please contact us so we can attempt to resolve the issue informally. Any provision found unenforceable will be limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue.
